Design industry

Our company focuses on the construction of houses, civic amenities and other buildings. We also offer the preparation of various analyses and land studies, which are necessary for obtaining subsidies from the EU, as the investor's initial idea of the future implementation.

Furthermore, we are engaged in project activities in all stages that need to be developed for the successful permitting and implementation of the construction. We deal with buildings for housing, amenities, industry, reconstruction and rebuilding. From the transport sector, we also provide road reconstruction, traffic solutions along with utility reconstruction, public lighting and many others.

For investors we provide complete engineering, i.e. from initial analyses, pre-design surveys, property solutions, land development studies to obtaining final permits, approval decisions and registration of finished buildings at the land registry. The investor can therefore leave all these administrative tasks purely in our competence.

To ensure the above, we cooperate with a number of specialists. This system allows us to respond flexibly to the needs of our clients and to assemble the team required for a specific project without having to reflect in the project prices the overhead costs required to maintain a complete design workplace on a permanent basis.
